Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• We requires the service of an organized, effective and accurate Executive Administrative Assistant for the CEO

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between executive management and internal/external clients
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Make travel arrangements for the CEO
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Prepare Board meeting & Annual General Meeting binders, minutes, action items and documentation and record keeping for each of the following entities

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree or equivalent in any Social Science, additional qualifications will be an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work load
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong planning and time management Skills
