Job title – Music instructors

Key responsibilities

1. Provide music instruction to both large groups and individual students.
2. Write lesson plans and reports that meet the goals as set by the school management.
3. Teach students from the approved curriculum prescribed by the school Management.
4. Teach skills in music understanding/appreciation, application and explorations.

Skills Requirements

1. Proficiency in at least two musical instruments.
2.Communication skills (both written and oral)
3. Classroom leadership
4. Organization
5. Flexibility
6. Team work
7. Able to handle moderate to high stress levels
8. Have excellent integrity and demonstrate a strong Christian character

Educational Qualification

1. OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Evidence of knowledge of music theory and the ability to communicate it.
3. Certification in Music by any recognized Music Institution.
