Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

• Schedule meetings for the executive and send reminders
• Manage administrative tasks within the office
• Respond to company emails
• Manage the administrative responsibilities
• Book appointments
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents
• Act as the point of contact between executive, stakeholders, employees, and clients
• Work closely with other staff on projects and monitor progress
• Manage process approvals
• Procurement processing and record-keeping
• Assist in event planning projects
• Managing client communication.

Salary Range: N30,000 – N50,000 / month.
