Online Customer Service/ Sales consultants (Female Only)

Reign Networks Nigeria; an IT company based in Lagos Nigeria, is hiring for the position of Online Customer Service/ Sales consultants.

THE JOB:

• Call on and speak with potential internet marketers (worldwide clients), consulting on our services and products
• We will provide all leads, and you will be cold-calling before you have follow-ups/warm calls
• You must be able to handle high volume of sales inquiries daily
• Drive new business acquisition
• Learn sales techniques and help to develop new, creative sales strategies
• Share feedback and ideas with upper management
• Develop excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

REQUIREMENTS:

What does it take to work here?

• Must be sales-driven, money-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic – we have a highly incentive-driven environment (again—cash, vacations and more)
• Outbound cold calling sales techniques preferred – must not be afraid to pick up the phone.
• Ability to complete the entire sales process on the phone.
• Understand a variety of accents since many of our clients are located worldwide
• Desire to put in 115%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• If computers scare you, this is not the right position for you.
• Be the master of multi-tasking.
• We don’t care about your grade or discipline at school!!! Just be a graduate with an aggressive sales mindset
• Sales experience—GREAT to have, but we can show you the ropes if you think you’ve got what it takes.

In addition, you’ll need to be able to:

• Work in a fast-paced, high energy sales center environment without being distracted (music played throughout the day).
• Sit or stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Hear and talk on a phone head/hand set for up to 8 hours per day.
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable supervision.

Salary: N50,000/month

Location: We are located on Allen Avenue, Ikeja Lagos. You are expected to live within the Ikeja axis and environs.
