Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Opebi-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Attend to all visitors to the company and check completed visitors form to know whom they want to see.
• Contact the officers they want to see by telephone to inform them and confirm if the visitors could see them.
• Make and receive official telephone calls for all staff.
• Maintain dispatch register for outgoing mails.
• Keep and issue out office stationeries and maintain record of stocks received, issue and balance the store register.
• Maintain excellent attendance record consistently.
• Arriving to work on time (Punctuality).
• Ensure that the Front Office/Reception is tidy.

Qualification / Experience:

• Applicant must be an OND Graduate (FEMALE).
• Applicant must reside around or within Opebi Ikeja Axis
• Good Communication skill
• Punctuality.
• Computer Literacy.
• Applicant must be presentable (well dressed).
