Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
- The PA will be responsible for providing complete support to the Creative Director, both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Extensive diary & email management including scheduling and setting up meetings, appointments, conferences and teleconference calls.
- Managing the full spectrum of travel transport and accommodation arrangements
- Personal tasks at the discretion of the Director, including but not limited to payments of personal bills and invoices
- Regularly communicating updates to the Director on the status of tasks and pacing reminders on important tasks and deadlines
- Keeping all systems up to date including collating and filing expenses, workflows and tasks reports
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports and presentation
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Prepare invoices and BOQ when inquired
- Conducting research on behalf of the Director.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and clients’ relationships.
- Resolve client complaints by investigating and developing solutions
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years and above.
Skills/Competencies:
- High proficiency in MS Office Suites
- Good networking skills
- High level of efficiency, accountability & confidence on the role
- Ability to prepare management reports and correspondence
- A team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good reporting skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving & negotiation skills.
Remuneration:
N80,000 Monthly plus other benefits.
