Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• This role will be responsible for the commercial and revenue generation leadership of the station (wherein she/he is expected to take responsibility for the station’s commercial/sales team, ensuring proper guidance and favorable operational environment for continuously improved staff morale), and serve as the focal point between the Clients, media agencies, and the Station.

Responsibilities:

• Hires and supervises the sales staff
• Reviews programming for the best sales opportunities
• Develops sales plans and goals
• Oversees billing
• Studies and understands the station’s market and approves all sales promotion campaigns
• Develops strategies for business development and revenue generation
• Ensures best/world-class client service relationship.

Qualifications:

• An Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration or related field from any recognized Institution.
• Advanced degree and relevant certifications will be added advantage.
• 3 – 6 years relevant work experience.

Salary:
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
