Job Title: Ticketing Executive – Male
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• Our client is looking for a Ticketing Executive to provide booking and reservation services to customers.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
• Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
• Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
• Help passengers to plan for their trips.
• Help to make and confirm reservations.
• Provide good customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.

Requirements:

• OND / HND in any discipline
• Age 25-28 years Male preferred for gender balance
• Must have excellent English language ability
• Must have excellent in using Microsoft office products
• Must have excellent Public Relation skills
• Must have outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality
• Must have an excellent relationship with Airlines Experience working in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability, and confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent team player who cooperates with others.
• Smart and professional appearance.

Salary:
Negotiable.
