PGS Multiservices Concept Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact. Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Organizing events and conferences

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification is OND in any discipline, B.Sc is an added advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English Language.
  • Must be computer Literate.
