The Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN), is a national non-government organization promoting Reproductive Health (RH) in Nigeria. As a full member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), PPFN has expanded the scope of its programs beyond family planning to cover broad reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. PPFN seeks suitably qualified candidates for the following vacant positions:

Responsibilities:
The Regional Director shall perform the role of the Chief Executive Officer at the regional level by coordinating the efforts of
the regional departments in contributing towards the achievement of the mission of PPFN.

Job Requirements:
 Master level degree in Health or Social Sciences or equivalent.
 Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience preferably in Reproductive Health (RH).
 Excellent conceptual, analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
 Team leadership and team playing qualities.
 Familiarity with key relevant national and international implementing support and donor organizations in SRH
 Strong management experience.
 Computer proficiency skills, particularly MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Page Maker, etc.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the efforts of the Planning, Research and Evaluation unit with other departments

Requirements:
 Masters level in Public Health or Applied Social Sciences.
 Seven (7) years relevant work experience including no less than three years in NGO (preferably in RH/HIV).

 Familiarity with key national and international implementing support and donor organizations in RH.
 Advance knowledge of statistical software packages.

 Familiarity with varied socio-cultural contexts of issues related to Sexual and Reproductive Health issues in Nigeria.

Requirements:

 At least seven (7) years work experience especially in an NGO with not less than 5 years in managerial position.
 Proficiency in computer accounting packages and MS Word, Excel, etc.
 Proven sound numeric ability, analytical mind and nose for details.
 Good oral and written communication skills.
 Positive towards issues of development in general and reproductive health in particular.
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Membership of ICAN or similar professional bodies and or possession of a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
