Pleasure Rider is an e-hailing taxi service company that is expanding its business to other regions and currently looking for competent candidates to fill its Port-Harcourt operations. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Operations (Business) Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic growth and management direction for the company.
• Overall administration of company processes and systems.
• Resolve any operational issues when needed
• Carry out quarterly market analysis of the business and operating environment to align for better profit.
• Plan company finances, make projections and set KPIs for the workforce.
• Ensures that feedback on service delivery is reviewed and appropriate steps are taken to maintain user and customer loyalty.
• Prepares monthly operations reports for top management and Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Must have experience in a logistics/transport company
• Strong administrative competence and ability to grow a company from infancy.
• A good understanding of the development stages of startups, particularly in the transportation industry.
• The candidate must be conversant with government policies relating to the business at local, state and federal levels.
• A good understanding of the E-hailing taxi service operations and models in Nigeria.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
