Job Title: Legal / Human Resource Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely legal counsel and responsibility for a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters as well as undertake the corporate administrative function
• Oversee recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
• Act as company secretary- preparing letters to our clients, occupants and stakeholders as the case may be, taking minutes and developing reports for meetings
• Managing the Company legal matters as well as guiding and protecting the company against legal related issues
• Resolve issues between management and employees
• Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, BL / LLB / JD qualification with 3 – 10 years work experience.
