Managing Director: Selected candidates must have demonstrated and industry recognized consulting and profit & loss (P/L) responsibilities with exceptional expertise in operations and management of electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and/or deregulation, energy economics, power market development, electricity competition and regulatory compliance, thermal power plants, renewable energy, structured finance, project management and risk management.  A proven track record and advanced or terminal degree (MBA, MSc or PhD) from a top school a must. Electric Utility Expert: Successful candidate must have electric utility operator background. Prior work in an investor owned utility company (IOUC), cooperative power, public/state owned electric utility company a must. Expert level understanding of the vertical business utility business model in a monopoly setting or competitive market reform/privatized power markets. Must have knowledge and experience general electric utility systems, including bulk power procurement and retail power pricing of power including cost of service, reliability, utility cost allocation methodologies (a must), regulatory compliance, revenue protection and enhancement, detailed power pool workings such as PJM, ERCORT, New England, inclusive of generator power/capacity flows and accounting, supply balancing, rule enforcement and provider of last resort issues), marketing, cross-border electricity trading, customer care, risk and volumetric/volatility management.  A proven track record, advanced degree (MBA, MSc) from a top school and professional certification required.[email protected]

Project Finance Expert: Seeking experts with requisite experience in project financing and structured deal origination and arrangements, risk assessment and mitigation, assessing creditworthiness and accessing capital. Demonstrated ability to leverage limited recourse debt to fund capital-intensive projects. Have proven track record of dealing with the constraints of financial markets and skilled credit committees at lending institutions.
