Job Title: Senior Admin and HR Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
- Identify staff vacancies, recruit and select qualified applicants to fit specified roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Facilitate training and development of members of staff.
- Initiate and encourage strategies to increase performance.
- Cater for the welfare of members of staff
- Provide employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salary, employee benefits and opportunities for promotion.
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Supervise and coordinate employee performance appraisal programmes bi-annually.
- Coordinate all employee relations activities within the organization
- Carry out administrative functions.
- Carry out public relations functions
Skills, Competencies, and Requirements
- Minimum of University Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any relevant related field
- CIPM Certification will be an added advantage
- Strong Time Management and Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Strong Internal and External Communication Skills
- Highly organized and significant ability to multitask effectively
