National Library of Nigeria has announced vacancies for Programme Analysts and Data Processing Officers to manage services provided by the Internet cafe end to end.

Competences
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in cyber cafe management
Strong analytical and organisation skills
Excellent Communication Skills with good knowledge of Customer Service.
In-depth interest in IT support and must be IT savvy
Basic knowledge of networking
Familiar with Windows environment
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing of Pcs
Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Possess high level of understanding in respect to both hardware and software related issues.
OS Setup and configuration.
PC/Notebook Deployment.
Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite

Academic and Professional Qualifications.
i. Programme Analysts
Applicants are required to possess B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology. In addition, have excellent, demonstrable computer skills and experience in same field.
ii Data Processing Officers
The applicants are required to possess Ordinary National Diploma in Computer Studies or Data Processing from Institutions recognized by Government

(D) Experience
Practical experience of 2-6 years.Entry point shall depend on experience and qualification.
