Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Description

  • Do you have the ability to provide excellent Customer service to all clients?
  • Are you willing to make external calls daily to potential and existing clients?
  • If you are a people person and have a passion for sales, you are just what we are looking for.


  • Call existing and potential clients daily to promote service and provide information.
  • Follow up with customer bookings and drivers daily via phone calls.
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries efficiently and politely.
  • Increase and update phone number contacts list daily.
  • Follow up and resolve customer complains.
  • Bulk SMS content generation and WhatsApp broadcasting.
  • Update new and existing customer information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Follow up with customer satisfaction when necessary.
  • Represent company at events.
  • Communicate information and feedbacks to all departments.
  • Prepare weekly report on mobile marketing activities.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • People person, friendly and respectful.
  • Ability to convince people and make sales.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Good Team player.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A B.Sc, HND or OND.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales, call center or customer care is desired.



Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Description

  • We are seeking for a suitable and qualified Digital Marketer, who can work efficiently under pressure and has the technical and creative skills to promote sales and increase brand awareness through ever-changing business practices.


  • Develop and implement SEO strategies.
  • Create modern and consistent graphics for social media, in line with the brand image.
  • Create content and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Respond to customer messages and engagements via social media.
  • Develop videos, gifs, articles and content for blogs.
  • Monitor, analyze and report content success on each platform weekly.
  • Generate Newsletter content, schedule, design and send to mailing list.
  • Manage marketing ads campaign.
  • Drive traffic to company website.
  • Increase Mailing list daily.
  • Stay commercially and technologically aware of new social media trends, web technologies and digital marketing trends; implement research results in developing campaigns and update current campaigns.
  • Interfacing with departments on marketing.


  • Excellent Graphics design skills and excellent proficiency in the use of graphic design and photo editing apps especially Photoshop.
  • Excellent Commercial Awareness and Research skills.
  • Highly Customer-centric and Service oriented.
  • Excellent Sales skills
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Excellent Creativity and Innovation.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of how to effectively generate sales from social media and email marketing.
  • Excellent writing and language skills.
  • Good knowledge of the blogging ecosystem and transport industry.
  • Excellent at building and maintaining sales relationships online.
  • Good team player with the ability to share information with other employees.
  • Deliberate planner and goal setter.
  • Strong ability to meet deadline knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A B.Sc, HND or OND in a related field.
  • Experience in Graphics Design and Digital marketing.
  • A large social media following will be an added advantage.
