Job Title: Civil Project Manager

Job Summary
- Reporting to the Head of projects, the civil project manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and site teams.
- To include stakeholder engagement, leading site meetings, managing programme and budget, managing health and safety, managing sub-contractors, overseeing QA/QC, ensuring production milestones are achieved etc.
- Developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Leading and motivating cross functional project teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project life cycle.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measure to mitigate them.
- Ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation,
- Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Eng / HND in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
- Proven experience of managing large scale civil projects in the telecommunication industry.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling and risk management.
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
