Mid /Senior level Consultants
We seek experienced consultants for our Strategy, Organisational Development, Change Management and Financial Consulting teams. The individuals sought must have experience in Management Consulting or have worked in Financial Control, Organisational Development, Strategic Planning or similar departments of organisations. Our requirements include:
•A good first degree from a reputable university
•A post graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage
•A minimum of 10 years work experience
•Excellent spoken and written English
•Research and analytical skills
•Strong conceptual skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Good presentation and facilitation skills
•Must have functional core competencies in:
– Strategy / Process Development
– HR Systems and Management
-Finanacial in Microsoft Office applications.
-Not more than 42 yrs.
