Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: 
Lagos

Job Description

  • Receive and attend to visitors.
  • Typing of documents and letters for MD.
  • Preparing Presentations for MD
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Maintaining diary and meeting schedule for MD.
  • Passing of documents and files to appropriate departments from MD.
  • Planning, Organising and managing events.
  • Raising requisitions and purchasing of needed items for Office use (MD)
  • Attending to MD needs.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including mail.
  • Rendering support to teams as the need arises

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Social Science or any relevant discipline from a recognised University with Minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
  • Candidate must be intelligent, presentable and articulate with good communications skill.
  • Candidate must be able to work under Pressure
  • He/She must be able to work with Minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS- Word,MS-Excel and MS-Power point.
  • Good Presentation skill will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Description

  • Strategize the pricing, promotion, distribution of products from low end to high end within a brand category.
  • Ensure maximum market penetration by having the timely product launching, distribution and dealerships across the state.
  • Research and arrange contractual dealership deals with the most number of suitable distribution outlets.
  • Maintain good business relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
  • Provide the necessary after sales support to distribution outlets.
  • Coordinate with IT or 3rd party web developers to ensure high page ranking for products pages in for the brands online presence.
  • Conduct weekly marketing performance reporting.

Brand Manager Skills and Specifications

  • Must have the keen sense to identify marketing opportunities and the courage to take advantage of such opportunities
  • Must have persuasive, diplomatic, social and interpersonal skills to win market dealers and client support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

Job Title: Procurement/Logistic Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the process of selecting suppliers of goods and services.
  • Interface with engineering, construction, operations, finance, HS&E, legal, and insurance as well as Contractors, inspectors, expeditors and freight forwarders to insure orders/contracts are placed and completed on schedule.
  • Monitor the contractor procurement function through project completion and turnover, long lead purchase orders/contracts including inspection services taking action as required to ensure project/operational schedules are met.
  • Resolve complex delivery, quality or other related problems with manufacturers and suppliers. Represent the Company to meet contractual requirements. Understand and require contractors to meet all applicable environmental and safety standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and actively participate in meetings with potential suppliers, contractors and user groups.
  • Lead or assist with price negotiations, terms and conditions resolution and quality requirements.
  • Stay abreast of and evaluate current market conditions and develop new sources of supply as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
  • MBA or other advanced Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant purchasing and logistics experience
  • Must have experience with large purchase orders and contracts.
  • Must be a leader, good communicator and practice effective interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a good negotiator to act as intermediary between suppliers and user groups.
  • Must be analytical, organized and efficient.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing job priorities and goals and a good knowledge of Computer.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leading the provincial or district sales manager and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the national sales managers.
  • Should be capable of managing the region assigned to them to ensure proper sales.
  • Responsible for achieving the targets of their specified region.
  • Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for all the sales team.

Requirements/Skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations.
  • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively through out their specified region
