Job Title: Video Producer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic team and lead our video production projects to success.
• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer to oversee the production of video content from concept to completion.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• This role requires a proactive approach to managing all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire video production process, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and other team members to ensure creative vision and project goals are met.
• Coordinate location scouting, casting, and scheduling of shoots.
• Manage on-set production activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Supervise post-production activities, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.
• Ensure all video content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Handle client communications and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and high-quality video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Producer in the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software is a plus.
