Job Title: Fleet Manager
Job Description

• A fleet manager has a duty of improving fleet administration standards and policies for vehicle operation
• A fleet manager is responsible on organization of the annual budget and also reports the cost of each operation and the overall cost.
• Vehicles undergo repair and maintenance. Fleet managers have the authority over these actions.
• Some vehicles are not allowed to be sold or used, so it is the duty of the fleet manager to dispose unwanted vehicles.
• If the company needs more cars, motors or taxi cabs, the fleet manager is in charge of the purchase of these vehicles
• One of the duties of a fleet manager is to inform all other employees if there are any changes or improvement in the sector. They are in charge to update other employees so they will have knowledge on what is currently going on.

Qualifications

• B.Sc degree in Engineering or any other related field.
• A Minimum of 4years working experience with a logistics/transport company
• Ability to manage people

Job Title: Software Developer
Job Description

• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Testing and deploying programmes and systems
• Fixing and improving existing software
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Qualifications

• BSc/ B.Tech in Computer Science or computer engineering
• A minimum of 5years working experience in an Software Development firm
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)

Job Title: UX Developer
Job Description

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Conducting user research and testing
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Collaborating with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software

Qualifications

• B.Sc/B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
