Job Description

• As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for a workforce of up to 300 employees, ensuring efficient people management and compliance with organizational policies.
• This role requires a strong foundation in HR processes, excellent communication skills, and expertise in HRIS to streamline employee data management, payroll, and performance tracking.
• You will work closely with department heads to address staffing needs, implement employee engagement initiatives, and support the overall employee lifecycle.
• Your role will be crucial in fostering a productive work environment that aligns with company objectives and promotes a positive employee experience.
