Sales Manager Required in Nigeria

You will be required to:
1.Build and manage an effective sales team
2.Increase sales and achieve quarterly targets.
3.Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients (architects, banks, supermarkets and department stores etc)
4. Manage our growing number of distributors
5. Formulate and design new marketing initiatives inline with our core values and help further build our brand

Job Requirements:

A 1st degree or H.N.D in any discipline
At least 2 years work experience
Proven track record of revenue generation
Experience of managing teams – motivating and leading team mates
Good Relationship management skills
Excellent communication – spoken and written
Good numeracy skills – comfortable with maths
Good IT skills – proficient with Microsoft Windows & Office
The ability to understand, analyze and present sales figures
Excellent marketing skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good business acumen
Good planning and organizational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
