Responsibilities

• As a Civil Engineer or Builder at Sales People Nig Ltd, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and other professionals.
• Managing project budgets and timelines.
• Conducting site inspections and quality control.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering or building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A minimum of 6 years post-NYSC work experience
• Professional certification is an added advantage
