SALID started out trading in Shea nuts in 2013 and is now in the process of metamorphosing into value addition by going into industrial processing of the Shea nuts into Shea butter. Job Descriptions / Responsibilities

• Support the development & functioning of a highly capable and motivated workforce by delivering Recruitment, Compensation, Training, etc.

Qualifications  Requirements

• Good First Degree in the Social Sciences or a related Field;
• Two (2) years of experience in Human Capital Management or generic Corporate service;
• Good knowledge and understanding of leading practices in recruitment, compensation and reward strategies and tax policies.
