Job Title: Bank Operations Associate
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
This role will involve the following:

• Transaction posting
• Handling and closing department related member support tickets
• Monitoring daily transaction operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
• Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
• Addressing requests received from Banking partners
• Escalating requests to Banking partners
• Completing administrative tasks
• Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
• Assisting with POS ordering and expedites
• Recording daily metrics
• Submitting weekly required reports.

Experience & Personal Specification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in banking operations / customer experience
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
