Sanden Intercool (Nigeria) Limited into manufacturing of refrigerated showcases in Ibadan is recruiting for the post of:

Job Title: Human Resources/Admin Personnel
Location: Ibadan

Job Description:

  • Preparation of leave roaster and making sure it is being followed for effective and continuous flow of work within the company.
  • Preparing and continuously updating the staff list.
  • Tracking staff performance and conducting appraisal.
  • Recruitment of new employee starting from screening to final employment.
  • Orientation and appropriate guidance of new employees.
  • Conducting confirmation appraisal for new staff due for confirmation.
  • Handling of all staff related issues, complaint, queries and general welfare.
  • Drafting the PAYE and pension registration of all new employees.
  • Filing expatriate quota for the expatriates working with us monthly both at immigration and State Security Service office.
  • Tracks employees’ punctuality and attendance history on daily basis and implementing appropriate penalties for defaulters.
  • Organizing seminars and training for staff.
  • Assist the Head in coordinating the daily Administrative Management to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Responsible for the documentation needed for recruitment, scheduling and supervision of work-output of Company cleaners, drivers and general fleet maintenance.
  • Responsible for raising memos for items to purchase for both office and factory use
  • Responsible for maintenance and keeping of important documents, records, and files in order.
  • Supervises the office security.
  • Update of insurances and all relevant papers for office vehicles.
  • Track issue dates and expiry dates and apply for renewal or extension where necessary.
  • carry out all HR/Admin functions not listed

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Sc., HND, OND or Diploma in Human Resources or any Administrative Course or other related disciplines
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources Management
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience as HR/Admin Personnel
  • Must be a graduate with HR/Admin practical knowledge.
