Job Title: Secretary/
Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant
Location:
 Lekki, Lagos
Job Description

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the MD
  • Greet persons entering organization and direct them to correct destination
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conference and appointments
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages

Requirements

  • A maximum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant discipline.
  • Must have good verbal and written communications skills
  • Must have a friendly personality, poise and courteous in attending to clients
  • Must be smart and presentable
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist/Front desk assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Must have good knowledge of the computer/computer literate
  • Must be able to draft letters and write minutes during meetings

Remuneration
Salary: 50,000 monthly
