Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the MD
- Greet persons entering organization and direct them to correct destination
- Providing quality customer service
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conference and appointments
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
Requirements
- A maximum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant discipline.
- Must have good verbal and written communications skills
- Must have a friendly personality, poise and courteous in attending to clients
- Must be smart and presentable
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist/Front desk assistant or in other secretarial position
- Must have good knowledge of the computer/computer literate
- Must be able to draft letters and write minutes during meetings
Remuneration
Salary: 50,000 monthly
