- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and technology, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of innovative solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises, to promote our innovation hub’s services and solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective service delivery.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and business development activities to the management team.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our innovation hub and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or innovation sector.
- Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including startups, venture capital, and technological trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Salary
N50,000 per month.
