Experience: Minimum 7 years work experience in the same capacity

JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy
Ø Develop and implement appropriate strategies that ensure the organization achieves its business objectives.
Ø Strategy support for the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organisation maximises its short, medium and long-term profitability and returns to its stakeholders.
Ø Liaise with other heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans developed.
Ø Ensure that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.

Human Resource Management
Ø Oversee the human resources function
Ø Provide advice on HR matters to the management team, including the development and review of relevant HR strategies, policies and procedures;
Ø Provide advice and guidance on organisational development matters
Ø Promote a positive organizational culture

Administrative
Ø Oversee the general administration of the organization so that its key objectives are met;
Ø Ensure the proper monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Ø Supervise the formulation and implement of Administrative policies and guidelines
Ø Oversee preparation of Monthly Action Plans and Activity Reports for staff
Ø To monitor the progress and take necessary corrective measure

Financial Management
Ø Oversee the finance function, ensuring proper administration of the organization’s
Ø financial affairs
Ø Advising and assisting on budget and financial planning strategies
Ø Monitoring and revising the budget in line with changing demands and projected out-turns; and preparing the annual financial statements
Ø To ensure effective control and management of the organization’s income and
Ø expenditure
Ø Ensure the provision of meaningful, accurate and timely management accounting
