SIMS Nigeria Limited – At SIMS Nigeria Limited, we specialize in the distribution and sales of electronic products from major brands such as SAMSUNG, ROYAL, PARSUN and POWERMATIC.
Our business started out in 1987 and since then we have succeeded in carving a niche for ourselves in the home appliances market in Nigeria. We operate a number of branches that cut across most of Nigeria’s geopolitical zones; in major cities such as Lagos, Port Harcourt, Onitsha, Enugu, Kano and Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the following job vacancies:

1.) Retail Sales Manager – Lagos

Requirements

  • A good first degree/HND in any discipline
  • 6-10 years cognate post graduation experience in structured environment (preferably within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) industry; 3-4 years of which should be at managerial level
  • MBA in Marketing or General Management strongly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry and related best practice in sales, marketing, distribution and promotional activity
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and experience of Benchmarking with emerging markets similar to the Nigerian context
  • Excellent administrative and Interpersonal skills high proficiency in the use of Microsoft office

2.) Assistant Sales Manager – Lagos/Onitsha/PH

Requirements

  • A good first degree / HND in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years cognate post graduation experience in structured environment (preferably within FMCG), 3-4 yearsof which should be at managerial level.
  • MBA in Marketing or General Management strongly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry and related best practice in sales, marketing, distribution and promotional activity.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and experience of Benchmarking with emerging markets similar to the Nigerian context.

3.) Corporate Sales/Marketing Executive PH/Lagos/Abuja

Requirements

  • A good first degree/ HND in any discipline.

4.)  Senior Internal Auditor

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Finance I Accountancy / or ACA I CA or equivalent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of finance principles.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting. Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding finances and taxation.
  • Technical accounting skills.
  • Previous experience of Auditing preferably in an Audit environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software.


5.)  Senior Accountant

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accountancy / or ACA / CA or equivalent qualifications.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of finance principles
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Proficient in MS office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Knowledge in accounting software will be an added advantage


6.)  Accountant

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accountancy / or ACA / CA or equivalent qualifications.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of finance principles
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Proficient in MS office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Knowledge in accounting software will be an added advantage

7.)  Merchandisers

Requirements

  • National diploma in Humanities or Social Science
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
  • High profieicncy in the use of Ms Office
  • Minimum of 2 -3 years cognate experience


8.)  Service Centre Supervisor – Lagos/PH

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role in a Customer Support role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities: Microsoft operating systems
  • Problem-solving skills within high-pressure Service center environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and utilize metrics and Service center data.
  • Ability to motivate, train, direct, and lead staff.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.

9.)  Installation Technicians – Lagos/Akure/PH/Abuja

Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/NECO) OND/NABTEB
  • A good pass in Technical Education/National Business and Technical Examination, Federal Labour trade Test 1, 2, 3
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience degree
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities: install A/C, Refrigerator, washing machine, TV, Home Theater

10.)  Refrigerator & A/C Technicians – Lagos / Benin / Akure / Abuja / PH

Requirements

  • A good Pass in SSCE/NECO, OND and pass in Technical Education/National Business &
  • Technical Examination, Federal Labour trade test 12&3.
  • Minimum of two years cognate experience degree.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities: Repair of A/C; Refrigerator /Washing Machine! Micro wave oven.
  • Minimum of two years cognate experience in electronics appliances repairs.


11.)  Audio Visual Technicians – lagos / Akure / PH

Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/NECO) OND/NABTEB.
  • A good Pass in Technical Education/National Business & Technical Examination Federal Labour Trade Test 12&3.
  • Minimum of two years cognate experience in electronics appliances repairs.
  • Repair LCD/LED/Home theater.

12.) Line Supervisors – Lagos

Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/N FCC) OND,
  • A good Pass in Technical Education/National
  • Business & Technical Education, Federal Labour Trade Test 1,2,3.
  • Minimum of 3 years in factory / customer support environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the following technical capabilities:
  • Microsoft operating systems, Internet and Assembly line of A/C, Refrigerator /Washing
  • Machine/TVs/ Home Theater.
  • Problem-solving skills within high-pressure factory environment.


13.) Line Technicians – Lagos

Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/NECO) OND/NABTEB.
  • A good Pass in Technical Education/National Business & Technical Examination Federal Labour Trade Test 1,2&3.
  • Minimum of two years cognate experience in electronics Assembly line.

14.) Line Worker – Lagos

Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/NECO) OND/NABTEB.
  • Relevant factory experience.
