Site Acquisition Officer (Asaba): MTN Nigeria Vacancy

MTN is recruiting a Site acquisition officer for their service location in Asaba, whoever that occupies this position will be rporting directly to Site Acquisition Team Lead. The ideal candidate is expected to have a first degree in Law or Estate Management. He is also expected to have at Least 3 years experience in related function preferably within a telecoms environment

Job Description:

• Establish contact and liaise with property owner
• Coordinate and attend the site survey with RF, and Construction Teams
• Review in conjunction with the technical team construction drawings and make necessary changes
• Negotiate and conclude acceptable lease agreements with Landlords of approved candidates sites
• Request and verify the Landlord’s title
• Project manage the lease agreement and renewal process to completion
• Ensure unimpeded access to the property by MTN technical staff

• Ensure proper filing of site documents
• Resolve relevant site related complaints
• Database update
• Report on weekly activities
