Professional Cadre

All candidates must have good first degree/diploma and at least three years hands-on professional experience. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are welcome.

(a) Information Technology Professionals (Code: ITP)

Skills Requirements
Oracle DB, SAP, Document Management, Biometrics, Applications Developments, Sales &
Marketing (Relationship Management), Project Management, Software Testing &: QA., Security, Telecommunications etc.,

Qualification & Experience
Good first degree/diploma and at least three years hands-on professional experience. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are welcome.

(b) Enterprise Development/Social & Economic Engineers (ED/SE)

Skills Requirements
SMES, Poverty Alleviation, Informal Sector, Women & Youth Empowerment, Development, Finance, Micro Finance, Cluster Development, Franchising, Industrial Management, etc.

Qualification & Experience
Good first degree/diploma and at least three years hands-on professional experience. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are welcome.

(c) Energy & Environment (EEC)

Skills Requirements
Power Sector Reform & Regulation, Privatization, Oil & Gas, especially local content strategy, Renewable Energy, Climate Change, Erosion/Desertification, EIA etc.

Qualification & Experience
Good first degree/diploma and at least three years hands-on professional experience. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are welcome.

(d) Management Consulting (MC)

Skills Requirements
Change Management &: Impact Assessment, Research Management, Digital Strategy, Organization Development, Telecommunication Regulation, etc.

Qualification & Experience
Good first degree/diploma and at least three years hands-on professional experience. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are welcome.

Administrative Cadre

(e) Finance & Admin Manager (FAM)

Qualification & Experience
Good degree or HND in accounting plus at least seven years experience in a medium sized firm, at least two of which must be at management level.

(f) Office Assistants and Executive Drivers (OAD)

Qualification & Experience
Candidates must process a minimum of senior school or OND, good knowledge of Lagos. Drivers must be living within the mainland area of Lagos.

Top Management Cadre

(g) General Managers/Executive Directors

Requirements
These are top-flight positions for accomplished professionals who wish to play in the top-tier and want to bigger slice of the cake. Ideally, candidates must be very familiar with the Technology / Consulting / Energy industries, commercially astute and a natural player in the higher echelons of the corporate and political worlds, with proven consistent record of big deals. They are considered partners in the company.
