Smart Partners Consulting Limited – Our client, is currently recruiting for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Audiovisual)


  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions in Audiovisual Production
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with all technical team.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • A good degree in Human Resources and Master Degree from a recognized University.
  • HR Certification is key
  • Preferred candidate must have good HR experience in Audiovisual Companies
  • Good communications skills
  • Must have minimum of 8 years experience an Audiovisual company

Job Title: Digital Marketer
Slot: 20


  • Creating and uploading copy and images for the organisation’s website;
  • Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns;
  • Providing accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
  • Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
  • Designing website banners and assisting with web visuals;
  • Communicating with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners;
  • Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting;
  • Contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
  • Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Contributing to company and industry blogs and managing e-communications;
  • Assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies;
  • Developing and integrating content marketing strategies;
  • Keeping up to date with current digital trends;
  • Managing the contact database and assisting with lead generation activities;
  • Negotiating with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager (FMCG)


  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Tracks sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by updating materials; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information; relaying patient services requests
  • Experience in trade marketing and retail client management.
  • Able to benchmark and understand market best practises .
  • Represent the organization as a progressive leader in the industry in order to capitalize the company position, image and revenue potential.
  • Understand and manage dept budget/expense.
  • Communicate with international suppliers in regards to new orders, forecast and marketing programs.

  • Good knowledge of FMCG Sales and Marketing.
  • Good track performance of sales records.

  • Must have minimum of 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing management in FMCG .

Job Title: Operations Manager (FMCG)


  • Develop operational processes, structure and framework to guide the daily operations of the company
  • Ensure total compliance to the company’s standard operations policy(SOP).
  • Ensure inventory management, supply chain and distribution of goods seamlessly
  • Develop operational budget
  • Manage vendors management
  • Facility and assets management of the organization


  • A good degree from a recognized University. MBA will be added advantage
  • Good knowledge of nationwide distribution channels.
  • High Computer proficiency .
  • Ability to use inventory and warehousing software efficiently
  • Good presentation and communications skills
  • Must have minimum of 8 years experience in operations management in FMCG .

Job Title: Graphic Designer and IT Professional (FMCG)


  • Liaising with management to determine their design requirements and budget
  • Advising and Managing with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
  • In charge of the company networking, installations and troubleshooting of systems
  • Ensure products and service positioning using Digital Marketing Skills
  • Develop framework for effective operations of the IT unit.
  • Develop brand manual to ensure brand consistencies.


  • A good diploma/certifications in Graphic Design with degree in Computer Science from a recognized University.
  • Must show knowledge in the use of various design software’s and various Digital Marketing platforms.
  • Good knowledge of content marketing
  • Good presentation and communications skills
  • Must have minimum of 5 years experience in graphic designs of products , Hard and Soft ware’s installation implementation and trouble-shooting.
