Job Description:

• We’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager in Lagos Nigeria to effectively manage and optimise the operations and co-ordination of services provided to client on a national basis by ensuring each project delivers results that meet with organisational and client objectives.

Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Effective formulation, planning and implementation
• Sales achievement programs
• Asset controls and distribution activities
• Growing & ensuring high level of visibility, numeric distribution, market share and sales volumes of client products range through efficient management of operations.

Requirements:
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 6 years Business experience (in Project Management, client and staff interaction, and organizational experience at management level)
• Post / Undergraduate Degree in Business or Operations Management or in any field
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
