You understand object oriented programming to the letter. You know enough design patterns to help you model a good software.

Skills and Requirements
• Performing analysis and design in the context of full life cycle systems development including UML, Use Cases, Sequence diagrams, Activity diagrams and Class Diagrams;
• Defining technical requirements through interviews with business analysts;
• Taking ownership of and responsibility for the project;
• Maintaining required documentation including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation;

Education and Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years experience using Java or C++ or OOPHP, J2EE, SOA, Spring Framework, Zend, SQL, Linux, UML Modeling Tool, Eclipse IDE, Visio, XMLSpy, XSD Schema, Ant, JUNIT, Maven, Subversion (or other Software Configuration & Versioning tool)
• Basic Analytical Skills
• Strong verbal and written communications;
• Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and industry best practices;
• Strong understanding of JEE concepts, OO design and development;
• Knowledge of design patterns and frameworks;

Web designer

Develop and optimize stunning layouts, graphics and user interface (UI) concepts for web and enterprise applications. This entails the development of visual mockups and prototypes, continuously improved to achieve the best possible user experience. You’ll also be responsible for the typography, design of beautiful and functional icons and other graphical artwork required for our applications. You will work hand-in-hand with the business requirement and software engineering team to ensure that your excellent work transitions properly into the final product.

Skills and Requirements
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Adobe tools (Photoshop/Fireworks/Illustrator).
• Talented with amazing design and artistic skills.
• A motivated individual who is ready to work collaboratively within a team in an intense startup environment
• Experience in development of wireframes and interactive screen-flow.
• Grounded in solid design and UX principles, and able to learn and evangelize in the field

Education & Experience
• 1-2+ years experience in web design
• Your background can be in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or other related fields
