Sojourner – We are a hotel establishment that provides lodging and accommodation services to travelers and guests. Typically we have on-site services and facilities, including restaurants, bars, gyms, swimming pools, and conference rooms, designed to cater to the needs and preferences of their guests. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos

 

Description 

  • Ensure all arrivals are processed expediently and accurately, especially Group Arrivals
  • Operate a computer and relevant software i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ensure superior service is provided in Reception
  • Resolve guests complaints to the satisfaction of the guest
  • All relevant guest information is completed speedily and accurately
  • All guests are greeted in the prescribed manner
  • Complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest
  • Incoming and Outgoing telephone calls to be handled professionally
  • A professional image and appearance is maintained at all times

 

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Having Hotel experience is an added advantage.
