SOKO LENDING COMPANY LTD, is a Chinese Internet Marketing/Lending company based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State. We aid private individuals and SMEs with loans for their business and also large companies with Internet PR and market research. We are currently seeking for experienced, accomplished and self-motivated professionals to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Credit Review Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for the daily management of loan team charges of  internet finance product credit review;
• Supervise effective implementation of related policy from credit review team ;
• Statistical management of related data such as order rejection rate, processing volume, pass rate, and overdue rate;
• Assist the risk control department of large data to establish an machine audit decision-making engine,and to provide a reference for optimal iteration;
• Assist the policy department to improve the review process, strengthen credit management, and reduce risks;
• Skill training for credit review team , organize the team to share and learn.

Requirements:

• 2 years work experiences and above in credit review of Internet finance industry, with experience of credit review team management  is preferred;
• Familiar with online credit review process, with relevant experience in cash loan, consumption installment, payday loan, etc. is preferred;
• With overseas work experience is preferred and fluent English needed.

 

Job Title: Collection supervisor
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

•  Assist and guide the telephone collection specialist to complete the performance indicators;
•  Supervise and manage the business process indicators and compliance of the telephone collection specialist;
•  Collection of overdue accounts and ensure the recovery of loan funds;
•  Assist the telephone collection specialist to conduct case data analysis and ensure the conversion rate is achieved;
•  Assist to conduct the analysis of overdue data, sum up collection experiences and teachings; participate in the improvement of related system construction and process optimization; manage the collection business team to complete the performance and tasks issued by the company.
•  Conducting skills training from time to time;
•  Abnormal data alerted, collect fraud cases, assist the large data department to analyze and summarize;

Requirements:

•  1 year experience or above in telephone collection;
• With experience of cash loans, consumer installments, credit cards and pure online lending and collection of other internet finance  is preferred;
• Good language skills and communication skills, strong language organization capacity, clear thinking, accurate and smooth expression;
• Careful work, strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness;
• Strong anti-stress ability and negotiation ability;
• No criminal record, no bad credit record;
• College degree or above, fluent in English;
