Job Description:

• Develop operation process and compliance metrics.
• Site checks and operational audit.
• Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with the industry regulations.
• Key client performance monitoring.
• Stating up to date with the latest technology and improved strategies.
• Third party management and verification processes.
• Updating process and procedure policies.

Job Specification:

• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Must possess time management skills.
