Organisational Relationships
- Directly reports to: Manager, Data Verification & Processing, Supervisor, Team/Lead.
Job Purpose
- To create, process and promote ideas for the enhancement of the program’s communication and brand management process
- To implement all media mapping and monitoring and ensure that the outputs of those activities are delivered and rendered useful to the other organizational functions.
- To identify and escalate as appropriate queries arising from the publicity and brand management process
Key Outputs
- Draft evaluation and impact report
Key Responsibilities Areas
Technical/Professional Responsibilities:
- Implementing the project office social media strategy.
- Coordinate with media agency in developing engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Monitor and develop reports on program’s activities within the social media spaces.
- Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Monitor the news output of all major TV, radio stations, print and social media sites.
- Assist the partnership and sales department in desk research and preparation of briefs.
Performance Standards:
- Key deliverables are produced within agreed timeframes to required standards.
- Verification reports are comprehensive and submitted within established timeframe.
Minimum Required Job Specifications
Academic and Professional:
- First Degree (or its equivalent) in any discipline field.
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of similar work and working in a customer focused environment.
Requirement:
- Ideal applicants should be resident in Abuja. Applicants who are willing to relocate to Abuja are welcome
- However, please note there is no consideration for relocation allowance.

Proposed Salary
- Ranges between N180,000 – N250,000 monthly (based on experience) for the one year contract duration.

Job Title: Field Monitoring Officer

Location: FCT, Abuja (ideal applicants should be resident in Abuja)
Organizational Relationship
- Directly reports to: Enumerator and Field Operations Manager, Supervisor, Team/Lead
Job Purpose
- To facilitate and process all registration details for applicants to the program.
- To identify and escalate as appropriate queries arising from the verification process ensuring that only applicants with verified and appropriate ID are entered on the whitelist.
Key Outputs:
- Field Monitoring Report
- Periodic analytics
Key Responsibilities Areas
Technical/Professional Responsibilities:
- Develop a complete understanding of the objectives and purpose of monitoring tasks and ensure that the program’s objectives are duly shared with the target audience/stakeholders.
- Based on the monitoring plan, prepare a monthly field plan for monitoring of enumeration activities and ensure that deadlines and targets are achieved and all the relevant information is collected.
- Carry out field monitoring visits to collect data, on predesigned monitoring instruments, through observation, personal interviews and taking photograph
- Compile and hand over completed monitoring instruments/forms to the Field Operations Manager along with additional notes and photographs.
- Update the Manager of the assignment on the progress of monitoring events through weekly reports and contribute in development of monthly monitoring reports.
- Escalate and take remedial action in case of any issue related to implementation of monitoring tasks
