Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos – Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Proactively initiate and engage sales of products.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Set-up a goal driven marketing team.
- Define and follow up of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for new services.
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications .
- 5+ years in sales, marketing and business promotion
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Leadership and time management skills
- Strong communications Skills.
Renumeration: N4,200,000.00 Naira only per annum.
