• Issuance of receipts to clients, contractors etc
• Management of petty cash
• Reconciliation of client’s accounts with payment made
• Reconciliation of differences in accounts where necessary
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Supply of data and information for the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
• Management and maintenance of Assets, Procurement, Utilities, Equipment and Fleet.
• Stock management
• Oversees company facilities in support of business operations.

Requirements/Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Minimum Experience: 5 years as an Admin/Accounts Executive.
• Must be familiar with modern communication equipment e.g. tablets

 

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO
Location: Nigeria
Job Description

• Maintain efficient filing and record retrieval system
• Screening telephone calls, enquires and requests and handling them when appropriate
• Keeping of diary of appointments, meetings etc.
• Dealing with incoming email and post
• Dealing with correspondence and writing letters and taking dictation and minutes.
• Organising and attending meetings, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Requirements/Qualification
