Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Amuwo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief:

• We have been mandated by our client in the fashion retail industry with stores nationwide to recruit result driven Regional Sales Managers who will be responsible for the overall management of assigned stores.
• The successful candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales target, profitability goals, expand region and manage Store Managers effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, update and implement retail sales strategy
• Drive/ grow sales figures of stores and ensure maximum high performance for the region
• Grow the volume sales in terms of units of merchandise sold under region
• Prepare the sales data report for the region
• Manage stores under assigned region
• Train Store Staff according to the organizational sales processes
• Manage regional events: participation in planning, execution.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of First Degree from a Reputable Higher Institution, a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years similar work experience in the fashion retail industry
• Strong Leadership skills and business acumen
• Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
• Must possess the ability to handle presentation and facilitation of sales trainings.
• Proven record of Sales & Marketing performance
• Excellent client relationship development/management Skills & Competencies
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Industry & business knowledge
• Leadership & people management
• Excellent communication (written, verbal).
