Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Oyo
Job Description

• Fault finding during production.
• Performing planned and predictive maintenance on the machines.
• Assessing need of spare parts.
• Reduce/eradicate machines downtime.
• Undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary.
• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the industry.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.
• Conforming to health and safety procedures and policies.
• Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by your management.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline from a reputable university or polytechnic.
• At least five (5) years cognate experience on the same role, preferably from Juice Companies.
• Background knowledge in electrical/automation will be an added advantage.
• Must be residing in Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Hardworking and trustworthy.

 

 

Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive
Location: Oyo

Job Description

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in your assigned territory/market segment to generate new business/sales for the company.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visit and make presentations to existing and prospective customers to recruit them to be buying the company’s products.
• Identify all other juice distributors in the assigned territory and persuade them to patronize Tasty United Beverages’ Products.
• Collect and collate customers’ orders for the next day and send reports to the head office for processing.
• Ensure that the company’s products are available on all the table-tops/retailers in your assigned territory/region by aggressively following-up on the enlisted distributors to boost their performances.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
• Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Report on daily basis market intelligence and marketing activities to the management i.e. price structure of other competitors, number of identified new customers and their details, performance/product orders of the already enlisted distributors and location visited.
• Accountable for the company’s products and other assets in your care.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions to promote the sales of the company’s products.
• Meeting company’s set targets daily/monthly
• Carryout other duties that may be assigned to you by management periodically.

Requirements

Job Title: Packaging & Production Machine Operator

Job Description

• Operate the packaging/production machines
• Maintain and clean machines before and after shift work
• Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
• Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried out
• Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on the output
• Make sure that stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times
• Create and maintain activity log
• Provide relevant information regarding progress to production supervisor
• Ensure that the environment of the machine is clean
• Adhere to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedure
• Carryout other tasks that may be assigned to you periodically.

Requirements

• Technical certificates (trade tests and/or others) in Engineering or any related discipline from a reputable university or polytechnic.
• At least three (3) years cognate experience on the same role, preferably from Juice/water/beverages Companies.
• Must be residing in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Oyo

Job Description

• Supervising/developing process mapping with flow charts per section of juice lines and work on full documentation related to the operation of each section on line.
• Documenting staff requirement and tasks per position per type of line operation, from raw materials loading to Packaging and finally to store/warehouse.
• Formulating recipes to fit the company’s strategy for product positioning in the local market.
• Team building with emphasis on training, delegating and monitoring the progress of all key staff members operating the lines.
• Drawing up of Production Schedule, Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure the production of quality juice.
• Developing measuring tools to monitor and increase productivity per person-hour.
• Monitoring the Production Processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Assuring the meeting of quality expectations by maintaining and managing controls and continual personal inspection of production and process.
• Seeking ways to improve the process and quality while reducing costs.
• Following all company policies and procedures as well as Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Monitoring sanitation to ensure quality, safe products are produced within our facility.
• Reporting in advance to maintenance any issues of equipment that is not working properly.
• Develop Quality Control Standards to ensure quality and consistency of our products.
• Ensuring proper training of personnel working in semi-skilled positions including but not limited to Ingredient Scaling Area, Mixer Operators, Production & Packaging Machine/Line Operators, etc.
• Monitoring and reviewing the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Preparing and maintaining daily production reports
• Ensuring implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Microbiology or any related discipline from a reputable university or polytechnic.
• At least six (6) years cognate experience on the same role, preferably from Juice Companies.
• Must be residing in Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Hardworking and trustworthy.
