Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Location: Lagos (Island)

Brief Responsibilities

• Locating and establishing contact with debtors.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
• Reducing the non-performing loans owed to a company.
• Designing work-out payment plans for debtors
• Following up with clients on previous payment arrangements.
• Ensure collections of due payments from delinquent clients
• Negotiation of repayment with delinquent clients and guarantors with approval.

Requirements

• University degree from any related field is preferred;
• Proven experience as a loan recovery officer;
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
