Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Prompt preparation of monthly Financial report to be delivered on or before 10th of every month.
• Computation, remittance and filing of PAYE, VAT and other taxes.
• Preparation of annual Financial statements
• Attend to/delegate all clients’ tax matters.
• Prepare for and attend tax audit exercise and TARC meeting on behalf of clients.
• Prompt and correct billing of clients.
• Ensure that all invoices are paid as and when due.
• Fixed asset management for clients.
• Work closely with the HR department to ensure prompt salaries payment and remittance of all statutory deductions.
• Budget monitoring and appraisal.
• Preparation of monthly Financial report for the firm.
• Fixed asset management of the firm.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience as an Accountant in a Consulting firm.
• Certification in Accounting is a must (ICAN, ACCA e.t.c)
• Excellent knowledge of Tax Computation, accounting regulations and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software Like Sage, QuickBooks.

Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 / Month.
