Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

• He / She will be responsible to manage and control all project activities including design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gain Insight of customer requirements, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Responsible for Content, Pricing and Product Strategy.
• Responsible for ensuring assigned projects are completed within budget and time.
• Work with the design team to develop project execution plan of all assigned projects
• Drive Product Launches including working with the PR team, Executives and other team members.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

Requirements:

• BSc in relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience in the Fintech Industry as a Project Manager.
• Use of Excel, Powerpoint and Ms. Word.
• Skilled in digital marketing, SEO optimization.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Salary: N300,000 – N700,000 / month.
