We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, Collate & Record all information regarding the Customer.
• Collect & Record Client Feedback & Reports on Customer satisfaction.
• Resolve all Customer Complain.
• Sending product Updates, Deals, Promotions, Marketing Emails & SMS to Customers.
• Educate & Inform Customers about company Sales & Product Policies.
• Work with Admin & Technical team to ensure customers are satisfied.

Requirements
The Preferred candidate must:

• Reside around Ajah/Ibeju-Lekki & environs.
• Must be a team Player
• Must be Patient & able to learn fast.
• Preferably be a lady aged between 21-35 years old.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to communicate in & write English fluently.
