Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Provide support to all business units, including manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines, with a focus on cost savings and process improvement.
  • Perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities, ensuring that expenses are properly authorized, tracked, and recorded.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations, including metrics such as production output, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operational updates, ideas, and issues, ensuring that all team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly, working closely with other departments as needed to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, including process improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and technology investments.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the company.


    • A Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.
    • Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the food processing industry, preferably in a supervisory or operational role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Proven track record of previous operational dealings, including experience in budget management, expense control, and customer service.
