The Georgetown Global Health Nigeria (GGHN) is the operational arm and an affiliate of Georgetown University Centre for Global Health Practice and Impact (CGHPI) in Nigeria. GGHN is a Non–profit, Non-Governmental Organization in Nigeria that promotes best practices in health care delivery and research using local and internationally adapted models to strengthen health systems. Job Title: Grant Management Trainer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description:

• GGHN requires the service of individuals with skills and expertise in the expected deliverables

Expected Deliverables:

• Develop training slides on the given topics.
• Work in conjunction with GGHNto facilitate and delivertraining.
• Support NCDC in any area of grant management in the course of the training.

Expected Topics:

• Understanding the Grant cycle from NOFO application to close out.
• Roles and Responsibilities of CDC officials (Project Officer, GMS, GMO) and Grants Recipient (PI, BO).
• Cost Considerations
• Indirect Rates
• Allowable Costs
• Grantee financial and programmatic reporting requirements and timelines
• Audits.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess B.Sc / M.Sc Degree.
